This madcap British farce is a ripper!
It's set in London, in the exclusive fur salon of Bodley and Crouch.
Gilbert Bodley is in lust. In his devious mind is a cunning plan leading to the seduction of Janie, his next would-be mistress, a stripper from the Lido.
Janey's husband Harry is to be offered an expensive mink coat, at bargain-basement price, and Gilbert will top up the full amount from his personal account. To avoid any suspicion of his role in this ludicrous plan, Gilbert "persuades" a very reluctant Arnold Crouch to conduct the sale.
What could possibly go wrong? Plenty. Beginning with Maude Bodley's unexpected and early return from her holiday in the South of France, and the ensuing mayhem involving mistaken identities, ladies underwear, an ocelot coat and a parrot.
In this hilarious, fast-moving farce, Cathouse Players Director Bette Sartore and her cast of eleven guarantee to dispel any doom and gloom, as "Laughter is the best Medicine"!
